We accept Visa credit card and MasterCard. There is no fee for payments on bbuy.dk.

DELIVERY
We deliver small packages to most of Denmark for kr.49.00. For heavier products settled shipping will costs according to
agreement. Contact us for further information before ordering. We use UPS to ship the packages.
Larger orders delivered by courier.
Delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days after receipt of your order. We deliver to all countries in the EU.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You have 14 days to return, when you shop at bbuy.dk. The right of return will expire 14 days after the day you:
a) Have received your item.
b) will get the last item physically, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of several items ordered, in one order and
delivered separately.
c ) Will get the last lot or the last part of a the lot physical, when it comes to the supply of goods consisting of multiple lots or
pieces.
You have 14 days to return your good, from the receipt of the goods. Let us know if you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification shall be given by contacting us by phone 33253400 or send us an email at butik@bbuy.dk. In your message,
make us clearly aware that you want to return the good. When you return the product, enclosed a copy of purchase, as proof.
You can not cancel your purchase by simply rejecting the goods or without giving us a clear message on this.
STANDARD WITHDRAWAL FORM
When ordering goods you will receive a standard withdrawal form according to the law. It is not necessary to fill it, you just write
a few words about why you are sending back the product. Do not forget to attach a copy of the order confirmation.
RETURN
You must send your order back to us without delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your
purchase. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When returning, you will be responsible for, that product is
properly packed in.
You will bear the all risk of the product from the time of delivery of the goods.
If the goods are shipped in sealed condition(e.g. at the time of Pick-up), they should remain in same condition. You will loose the
right of return, if the seal is broken.
PRODUCT STAND WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine
the nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way, as you tried it in a the
store.
If the product is tried beyond what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that you at the time of return
will get some or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must
test the product, but do not take it in actual use.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, of course you get the amount back, you have paid to us. In case of an impairment that you are liable to be deducted from the purchase amount .
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such repayment using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the product, unless you have been supplied the evidence of having sent
back the good.

COMPLAINTS
Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to purchases .
When you shop at bbuy.dk you have the minimum 24 month's of guarantee. which means that you either get product repaired or
replaced,
refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. When mentioned the word guarantee in connection with
aproduct, it means that we cover every technical error has occurred in the product in the specified period.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product, or other external
damaging event.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the
defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
No return of shipping charges, outside of Denmark.
PRODUCT SHOULD BE SEND BACK TO.Best Buy / EuronicsWhen you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging, and do not forget to sent a receipt for shipment, so we can repay your shipping costs.

have access to the recorded information.
Information provided to bbuy.dk will not be transmitted or sold in any way to third parties. We will not record any sensitive personal
information.
As registered with Best Buy, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the
information recorded about you.
